CREATING YOUR LEGACY THROUGH SPORTS AND COMMUNITY
WHAT DO YOU WANT YOUR IMPACT TO BE?
LEADERSHIP AND MINDSET
We are born thinking about ”ME”….it's a survival thing. But the leadership journey requires a shift from thinking first about ourselves to thinking first about others and their part in any effort in which we are involved. This session is designed to help athletes grow into a mindset of WE - as a servant leader - serving the team, serving team members – in the pursuit of growth and in the pursuit of greatness. The session draws upon the science of human development, team development and societal development in order to help athletes learn to lead with a higher purpose.
THE ART OF CHARITABLE GIVING
The purpose is to provide strategic planning in a holistic way that touches the most important aspects of your life and others lives taking into account the professional and personal legacy you wish to leave. The intent is to create the thought process for designing your charitable giving strategy. Aligning the social and business value to your charitable giving is the best way to connect you to the community, clients, family and business associates. Being socially responsible means that people and organizations must behave ethically and with sensitivity toward social, cultural, economic and environmental issues.
